A lot of moms feel isolated when they start to write for publication. After all, you do the lion's share of your work at home, alone.

When the going gets tough, it sure can help to have living, breathing examples of moms who are successful writers in your Rolodex, so you can reach out and connect when the going gets tough.

And when someone reaches out to you, don't be afraid to pay it forward and reach out and help another writer, if not today, then maybe down the road.

Of course, you will find lots of ways to connect in Writer Mama, but check back here too. I'll be listing resources designed to help you find other moms who share your desire to write.

I know that connecting with other writers has been a huge help for me over the years. You'll find most of my influences (but not all) described in Writer Mama.

I also meet cool writer mamas every single day. In fact, I can't believe how many of us there are! More than I could probably ever get to know. However, I'm happy to add you to my Writer Mama Wordpress blogroll. Go ahead and comment in my blog and I'll add you to my blogroll when I make periodic updates.

Classes are another great place for meeting writer mamas. Feel free to visit my upcoming class schedule at Writer on the Rise if you are interested in learning more.
